Advocate Ravi Drall in MLA Prakash Jarwal filed an application for preservation of CCTV footage of Neb Sarai Police Station and DIU South Delhi to reveal the fact of joining of investigation of co-accused Harish Jarwal during the pendency of case. SHO Neb Sarai and SHO DIU gave reply that their CCTV cameras were not functioning at the relevant time when the accused Harish came to join the investigation. Ld. CMM, CBI Court, Rouse Avenue summoned the DCP, South Delhi to clarify as to why the CCTV cameras were not in working condition despite the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Advocate Ravi Drall argued that his client Harish had joined the investion but the same fact was not been produced before the Ld. Court at different stages of Bail hearing, he further alleged that the investigation conducted was biased.
